She is survived by: her stepson Michael Klein of Cottege Grove, Tennessee; her stepgranddaughter Jasmine Blades of Santee, California; her nephew Tony Murt (Wendy) of Paducah; her great-nieces, Lindsey Murt Gilpin (Brian) of Louisville, Gracie Murt of Paducah and Ashby Murt of Paducah; Chloe Mae Gilpin.
