She is survived by: her siblings, Patsy Slagle of Paducah, Kentucky, Marjorie Wilson of Paducah, Kentucky, Louise Bottoms of Paducah, Kentucky, Sharon Cunningham of Paducah, Kentucky and James Willingham of Symsonia, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
