She was predeceased by: her parents, Enoch Hamlin and Mary Hamlin (Chapman); her former husband Jack West of Paducah; her sister Evelyn Yarbrough; her nephew Steve Yarbrough; and her grandson Gary Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Suzanne Johnson (Charles) of Calvert City; her granddaughters, Nicole Edwards and Ginger Johnson; her great grandchildren, Weston Edwards, Hudson Edwards and Tyler Johnson (Kattie); her stepson Alan Spears; and her niece Jackie Rippy of Mount Vernon, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
