He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Costello; and his stepfather Jackie Charles Travelstead. He is survived by: his wife Amy Stokes Costello of Paducah, KY; his mother Jane Carol Martin Travelstead of Eddyville, KY; his sons, Kameron Costello of Paducah, KY and Brock Costello; his stepdaughter Shannie Burke (Josh) of Eddyville, KY; his sisters, Shannon Lucas (Todd) of Gilbertsville, KY and Khourie Hresko; his half-sister Angie Costello of Paducah, KY; his stepsiblings, Chris, Brent Wilson (Tina) of Paducah, KY, Ricky Travelstead (Kim) of Grand Rivers, KY, David Travelstead (Teresa) of Ledbetter, KY, Timmy Travelstead (Sara) of Smithland, KY and Christy Moneymaker (Brian) of Grand Rivers, KY; and his stepgranddaughter Kiecyn Hamilton of Eddyville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
