She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Sumner; her parents, Harold Jackson Claypool and Agnes Belle Moore; and her son Brian Goad. She is survived by: her children, Brad Goad of Mayfield, KY and Barbara Goad of Paducah, KY; her brother Archie Claypool of Paducah, KY; her granddaughter Elizabeth Bodeau of Arlington, KY; and her great grandchildren, Conner West, Jasper West, Riley Frizzell and Ridley Stuerk.
