Though Mary Lou may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her husband George C. Yates; her daughter Debra Lynn Neal; and her son-in-law Steve Vibbert. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Hobbs (Daryl) of Kuttawa, Terry Wallace (Julie) of Benton, Debbie Riley (Dale) of Benton, Julie Powers (Mark) of Paducah and Sandy Vibbert of Paducah. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and was blessed with several great-grandchildren.
