He is survived by: his wife Sherry Cozart of Metropolis; his daughter Jacki Horman (Jacob) of Metropolis; his grandchildren, Chance Michael Cozart of Metropolis, Aiden Jace Michael Cozart of Metropolis, Emma Horman of Metropolis and Elizabeth Horman of Metropolis; his brother Neal Cozart of Metropolis; his uncle Harry Lang (Machie) of Grand Chain, Illinois; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Rutherford (Jamie) of Evansville, Indiana, Crystal Benard (Jim) of Metropolis, Craig Wilkins, Teri Anderson, Robert Cozart and Daquita Gibbs. He is also survived by several cousins and countless loyal friends.
