He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Bernard Ragsdale and Francis Watson Ragsdale Jones; and his sister Nancy Peeler. He is survived by: his wife Sue Ellen Farley Ragsdale; his children, Sarah Hawkins (Brandon) of Paducah, Kentucky, Christopher Ragsdale (Stacey) of Benton and Matthew Ragsdale (Melissa) of Mayfield, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Cameron Hawkins, Cadin Hawkins, Cassidy Hawkins, Grayson Ragsdale and Jackson Ragsdale; and his sisters, Donna O'Keefe of Benton and Karen Brown of Paducah, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
