He was predeceased by: his father Raymond L. Bloom; and his brother Phillip Bloom. He is survived by: his mother Bernardine Yoor Bloom; his wife Tana Bloom of Paducah; his daughters, Michelle Mullins (Zachary) of Pine Top and Samantha Marberry (Josh) of Paducah; his siblings, John Bloom (Deborah) of Boston, Perry Bloom of Kannapolis, Matthew Bloom of Abingdon, Maryland and Bernardine Grauer (Tim) of Kitty Hawk; his grandson Conner Mullins; and his brothers-in-law, Gary and Randall Neihoff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
