He is survived by: his wife Sherry Evonne Grace Orr; his daughters, Lisa Michelle Orr Williams of Paducah, Chandra Lynn Orr Hall of East St and Joy Rebecca Orr (Zach) of Chester, Michigan; his sister Tracy Lynn Lewis (Kenneth) of Gary, Indiana; his grandchildren, Deborah Orr, Jasmine Blake, Fred Williams IV, Janai Orr, Helena Achatz and Archer Achatz; and his great grandchildren, Bralen Morris, Jalen Morris, LaLonnie Reed, KayLonnie Reed, JaKareon Jacobs and Nova Mack. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
