She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert J. Young and Treva Manning Young; her husband Loyd Anderson; her son Kenneth Anderson; and her siblings, Dorothy Hoefs and Elmer Young.
She is survived by: her son Glen Anderson (Vicki) of Paducah; her sisters, Lounell Mitchell of Paducah and Linda Lowery (Gale) of Benton; her daughter-in-law Renee Anderson of Jackson, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Lesli Anderson Hughes (Ryan), Nathan Anderson, Brett Anderson (Laura), Leah Michele Anderson Baldwin (Drew) and Rebekah Deines (Sean); and her great grandchildren, Sydney Hughes, Alana Hughes, Mayah Anderson, Charlotte Anderson, Boone Baldwin, Annabelle Baldwin, Barrett Baldwin, Truett Baldwin, Adalynn Anderson and Aubrey Anderson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Ouida's honor to Reidland Baptist Church, 5559 Benton Road, Paducah, KY 42003, or Reidland Church, 5500 Kentucky Dam Road, Paducah, KY 42003.
