She was predeceased by: her parents, Lavell Neill and Ruth Neill (Herreld); her husband Truman Lynn Neely; and her brothers, Alfred, Bruce and Ricky Neill.

She is survived by: her children, Michele Stephens Arnold, Chantelle Rose (David), Robert Neely and Brian Neely; her sister Yolanda Sue Blanton; her grandchildren, Lauren, Dalton, Markie, Olivia, Mallory, Cybill, Katelin, Josh, Aiden and Ethan; and her great grandchildren, Bella, Darby and Bentley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given in her name to Heartland Church, 4777 Alben Barkley Dr. Paducah, KY 42001.
