She was predeceased by: her father John Jerome Cashon; her siblings, Carolyn Freeman, Becky McDaniel and John Cashon, Jr.; and her former husband Theodore Edwin Bastida.
She is survived by: her mother Edna Pearl Hayes Snow; her children, John Anthony Bastida (Barbara) of Hickory, KY, Theodore Mike Bastida (Shanda) of Paducah, Martin Phillip Bastida (Janice) of Paducah and Theresa Marie Carroll (James) of Calvert City; her siblings, Anita Jones of Owensboro and Claude Cashon of Lone Oak; her grandchildren, Amber Carroll, Aaron Carroll, Austin Carroll, Nick Carroll, Nate Carroll, Cody Bastida, Noah Bastida and Ian Bastida; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Keeling, Warren Keeling and Alexia Carroll. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
