It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Ann Bice of Paducah, Kentucky, who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Paisley and Bessie Paisley; and her siblings, Gail Webb and Michael Paisley. She is survived by: her husband Larry Bice; her children, Brenda Kent (Daryl Altenberger), Gaquita Brown, William Bivens and Robert Bivens; and her brother Chuck Paisley Sr.. She is also survived by three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
