She is survived by: her husband Warren Slayden of Paducah; her brother Leon Terry (Anna) of Mayfield; her children, Karen Reasons Latham (Terry) of Calvert City, Lucretia Reasons Johnson (Alan Drescher) of Frankfort, Velina Reasons Stone (Jerry) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Marcus Reasons of Ledbetter; her stepson Kevin Slayden (Sandy) of Arlington; her grandchildren, Charity Grubbs (Mark) of Calvert City, Shanan Nielson (Will) of Cody, Katrina Reasons, Travis Reasons of Ledbetter, Zachary Hagan of Richmond, Candace Smith (Andrew) of Lexington and Quentin Johnson (Janice) of San Diego, California; and her stepchildren, Brian Denton (Shelly) of Mt. Juliet, Sam Denton of Milburn, Casey Slayden of Arlington and Jessica Burgess of Fulton. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and five step-great grandchildren.
