He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Howe, Sr. and Ruth Robey Howe; and his brother Charles "Buddy" Howe. He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Thomas of Paducah and Stephanie Heilig (Jason) of Paducah; and his grandchildren, Alli Heilig, Ian Heilig, Ricky Garnett and Knox Heilig.
