She was predeceased by: her father John Davis Perry. She is survived by: her mother Letha Jean Perry of Paducah; her siblings, Randy Wayne Perry of Paducah and Cindy Trice (Rick) of Kevil; her niece Brandy Key; and her nephew Benji Trice. She is also survived by 3 great nieces and nephews.
