He was predeceased by: his parents, James McManus and Eleanora Followell McManus; his wife Carolyn Sue McManus; his siblings, Johnny McManus and Jane Meeks; and his grandson Andrew McManus.
He is survived by: his daughters, Charity McManus (Bradley Whyte) of Paducah, Teri Fires (Jordan Tucker) of Symsonia and April Fires (Chris Patrick) of Paducah; and his siblings, James "Jimmy" McManus of Henderson, Nancy Sstice (James) of Paducah, Velda Willis (Darrell) of Symsonia and Kathy Blair of Paducah. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, and his two great grandchildren.
