She was predeceased by: her father Charles Alexander; her husband Leon Rouse; her stepfather William Rucker; her siblings, Phillip Alexander, Jerry Rucker, Kim McCarrell, Donna Vaughn and Ponthola Harris; and her grandchildren, Reginae Faith Copper and Rakira Evon Copper.
She is survived by: her children, Reginald Copper, Jr. of South Fulton, TN, Jacqueline Copper of Paducah, KY and Regina Carter of Paducah, KY; her grandchildren, Jordan Carter of Paducah, KY, Alexys Campbell of Hampton, Kierra Burton (Devin) of Fulton, KY, Chambry Callicott of Union City, TN, Treylyn Cole of Pueblo, CO, Serenity Copper of South Fulton, TN, Akaviah Copper of South Fulton, TN, Jasmine Copper of Paducah, Anitra Hill of Paducah, Ronecia Galbreath of Paducah, Aleyah Strong of Paducah, Alexandria Copper of Paducah, J'myiah Carter of Paducah and Jada Carter of Paducah; and her brothers, Paul "Butch" Alexander of Cottage Grove, TN and Michael Alexander (Donna) of Peoria, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
