He is survived by: his wife Sharon Coleman Burnett; his children, Myra Doss, Anthony Prenice Burnett (Jill) of Cunningham, Eric Burnett of Melber, Kenan Burnett (Crystal) of Cunningham, Marty Burnett (Marqueita) of Cunningham and Ashley Burnett of Cunningham; his siblings, Joyce Gourley, Vanda Davidson, Anna Gourley, Sharon Warren, June Burnett, Kimberly Cunnungham (Gaylon Don), Joe Burnett (Ginger), Dale Burnett (Jeanette), Tommy Burnett and Terry Burnett; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Burnett, Heather Morris, Jordan Ray, Evan Burnett, Kaden Burnett, Kylen Burnett, Keldon Burnett, Kenson Burnett, Bryson Burnett, Brettan Burnett, Brookelinn Yates, Britanie Burnett and Breonna Burnett. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
