He is survived by: his children, Tina Cope (Leonard) of Paducah, Jamanda Scruggs (Brandon) of Portland, Tennessee, Leo Preston McKinely and Shawn McKinley; his grandchildren, Isaiah Cope, Arrianna Cope and Ezekiel Price; his great grandchild Aaleeyah Hamilton of Paducah, Kentucky; his sisters, Judy Walton of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Martha Crutchfield of Minneapolis, Minnesota; and his former wife Joyce McKinely of Paducah, Kentucky. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
