He is survived by: his wife Tonya Lee; his children, Angie Lee of Simpson, IL., Ralph Lee of Metropolis, IL. and Crystal Johnson (Charles) of Metropolis; his sister Wendy Azizieh of Chicago, IL.; his grandchildren, Robert Ruble, Harley Lee, Axel Morris, Zoey Lee, Dakota Lee, Damian Lee, Abigail Parrish, Alexia Parrish and Nolan Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Tysin, Chloe, Wren and Thorne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
