With sadness, we share the passing of Rebecca Rhea of Paducah, Kentucky. Rebecca, born on June 5, 1950, passed away on October 1, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzie Jackson and Ruby "Ro Ro" Jackson; her son Richie Rhea; her brother E. C. Jackson; and her grandson Seth Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Rhea of Paducah; her children, Melissa Schell (Greg) of Kansas City, Bobby Conn (Phillip) of Paris, Opal Renee Taylor (Anthony) of Paducah and David Rhea (Melissa) of Paducah; her sister Nellene Johnson (Larry) of Buchanan, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Nathan Smith (Kristen), Isabella Taylor, Abby Taylor, Gabby Taylor and Atticus Taylor; her great grandchildren, Landon Smith, Matthew Shipley, Rayna Smith and Rylee Smith; her niece Courtnie Weatherford (Terriel); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Corey Weatherford, Carly Weatherford and Cadey Weatherford.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah (120 Memorial Dr, Paducah, KY 42001). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
