He was predeceased by: his former wife Gloria Jean Fuller; his parents, Rushell Fuller and Mabel Fuller; and his siblings, James "Red" Fuller, Clifford Fuller, Calvin "Dolly" Fuller, Melba Gholston and Bobby Joe Fuller.
He is survived by: his sons, Billy Fuller and Thomas Fuller (Lori); his stepson Darren Epping-Fuentes (Israel); his grandchildren, Macy Fuller, Chance Fuller and Kade Fuller; and his brother Houston Fuller. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions made be made in his honor to Park Avenue Baptist Church in Paducah.
