He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Boyarski and Mary Kilvitis Boyarski; and his son-in-law Richard Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Jennie Schmidt Boyarski; his brothers, Phillip Boyarski (Brenda) and Gary Boyarski (Diane); his daughter Debra R Wallace; his grandchildren, Amber Sanderson (Kyle) and Matthew Wallace (Hailey); his great grandchild Brady Sanderson; and his close friends, Kenny Bremer, Holly and Sharon Earhart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
