He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Rex Holland, Sr. and Jane Cooper Holland; and his brother Rex Holland Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Mary Leigh Holland Stiff (John); his nieces and nephews, John Field Simms Stiff, Jr. (Hannah) of Albuquerque, Lawson Holland Stiff (Taylor) of Albuquerque, Hanna Leigh Myers (Roby) and Katherine Mauer (Lance); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Benjamin McCabe, Bailey McCabe, Adelie Mauer and Naomi Mauer of Albuquerque.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Paducah Symphony Orchestra Academy Terrace Fund.
