He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl G. Lewis and Mary Nell Harper Lewis; his wife Lillian J. White Lewis; his son Scott Lewis; and his siblings, Marilyn Traughber, Donnie Lewis and Chuck Lewis.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Lewis Smith of Arizona; his siblings, Marsha Lewis (Scott Waggoner) of Paducah, Kentucky, Karen Stone (Mike) of Paducah, Kentucky and Danny E. Lewis (Marsha Watkins Lewis) of Paducah, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Aaron Saddler, Josh Saddler, Matthew Lewis, Andrew Lewis and Jessica Lewis. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
