He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Toon (Chris) of Draffenville, KY, Ashley Tadlock of Benton, KY, Matt Tadlock (Angie) of Benton, KY, Josh Tadlock (Julia) of Lovelaceville, KY and David Tadlock (Toni) of Paducah, KY; his siblings, Sherrie Lee (Jeff) of Murray, KY, Jeff Tadlock of Paducah, KY and Terry Tadlock (Tosha) of West Paducah, KY; and his close friend Betty Belt of Paducah, KY. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
