He is survived by: his wife Norma Grace Lovell Finney of Paducah; his son Dr. Patrick Finney (Barbara) of Paducah; his brother Joe David Finney (Jerry Sue) of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Naval (William Patrick Finney), Mary Emma Finney of Thompson Station, Conner Howard (Lyndsey) of Paducah and Austin Howard of Paducah.
