He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Joyce Gray Kelley; his children, Serena Taylor of Paducah and Robert Edward Kelley Jr. (Angel) of Hardin, KY; his daughter-in-law Amy Nicole Kelley of Paducah; his siblings, Connie Spears of Paducah, Drenda Kruegger (James) of Hardin and Odis Glenn Kelley of Paducah; his grandchildren, Ronnie Charles Kelley, Savanna Rose Kelley and Elizabeth Ann Rose Kelley; and his niece Brittanie Jewell Kelley.
