He is survived by: his father Donald Evans (Carolee); his children, Jonathan Evans (Ashley), Kaitlyn King (Thomas), Kailey King and Dalton Evans; his stepdaughter Kathie Miniard; his close friend Kristina Miniard; and his siblings, Lee Evans (Melissa), Ken Kruger (Cassandra), Billy English, Teresa Worthen (Lee) and Crystal Carnes (Frank). He is also survived by Several granddaughters and grandsons. nieces and nephews.
