He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Johnson; and his brother William A. Johnson. He is survived by: his sister Barbara Pitway of Paducah; and his cousin Ronnie Boswell of Paducah.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Fooks Cemetery (926 Mt Moriah Rd, Benton, KY 42025).
