He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hafford Hutchens and Wilma Maurene Hutchens (Reeder); and his sister Patsy Tubbs. He is survived by: his sister Carol Champy of Paducah; his brother-in-law Russell Tubbs of Paducah; his pet Tiny; and his close friend Jessica Hatton.
