He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Morgan and Peggy Morgan; and his sister Donna Burgess. He is survived by: his wife Rita Harris Morgan; his children, Robert Paul Morgan of Paducah, Shannon Stivers (Jody) of Paducah and Adam Stroud (Theresa) of Paducah; and his sister Paula Green (Carl) of Paducah. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
