He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Salisbury and Genevieve Salisbury; and his brother Dan Salisbury of Springfield, Illinois.. He is survived by: his wife Eloise Salisbury; and his children, Vicki Sue Graham of Aurora, CO, Kelli Metcalf and Jerald Salisbury. He is also survived by Four nieces and one nephew and many beloved friends.
