He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Thomas Sr. and Floy Nell Green. He is survived by: his sister Deborah Carfield (Chris) of Paducah; and his stepsister Katherine DeBartolis of Paducah. He is also survived by several Uncles, Aunts, and cousins.
