(Kathy); his sister-in-law Donna Sample; his nieces and nephews, Alissa (Brandon), Ashley (Bill), Tiffany, Rachelle (Nick), Megan (Henry), Kristen (Brent), Philip, Emily (Jay), Zachary, Makenney (Ethan), Michaelyn (Dominic), Xander and Ella; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashlynn, Addison, Frankie, Noah, Bennett, Elena, Caroline, Catherine, Maia, Emma, Ethan, Anna, Julie, Ben, Daylin, Reed and Barrett.
