He was predeceased by: his parents, Alves Hawes and Lounella Seay Hawes; his brother Walter "Buster" Hawes (Boston); and his pet Lucy. He is survived by: his son Chase Hawes of Nashville, TN; his siblings, Doris Spejewski (Gene) of Portage, Virginia Gockel of Clinton Township, Michigan, Marvin Hawes (Carol) of Hale and Danny Hawes (Maria) of Warren, Michigan; his grandchildren, Dylan William Hawes, Beckett Wayne Hawes and Kinleigh Brooke Hawes; and his friends, Rose Sharer of Paducah and Roxana Langston of Paducah. He is also survived by his family and friends.
