He is survived by: his wife Jane Cathryne Strausbaugh Ruggles; his children, Tracey Waldespuhl (Kristopher) of Covington, Erin Coney (Brian) of South Lebanon, Ohio and Ron Ruggles, Jr. (Marianne) of Debary, Florida; his brother Douglas Allen Ruggles of New York; and his grandchildren, Christina and Brooke Ferrara.
