She is survived by: her children, Belinda Howard (Kelvin) of Tri-City, KY and Allen Goodwin (Lori) of Pilot Oak, KY; her sister Betty Lamb Fisk of Brewers, KY; and her grandsons, Kyle M. Howard of Murray, KY and Taylor A. Goodwin of Pilot Oak, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
