He is survived by: his children, Jamie Felts (Penny) of Mayfield, KY, Adam Felts (Tonya) of Paducah, KY, Scott Felts (Terra) of Vienna, IL and Brandy Reynolds of West Tennessee; his sisters, Janell Worthy of Mayfield, KY, June Stevens of Farmington, KY and Pam Stinson (Ronnie, Sr.) of Mayfield, KY; his grandchildren, Austin Felts (Vanessa), Jordan Felts, Jackson Felts, Nick Felts, Madison Felts, Haylee Smith, Jaylinn Broglinn, Wesley Felts and Kayleigh Felts (Alexander Felts); and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Malia, Mason and Greyson Felts.
