She is survived by: her daughter Janice Vancura (Michael) of Symsonia, Kentucky; her stepdaughter Sandra Parnell; her son Michael Pulley (Patsy) of Folsomdale, Kentucky; her stepson Chris Pulley; her grandson Anthony Vancura (Mandy); her stepgrandsons, Jessie and Zac Pulley; and her great grandchild Anna Vancura.
