He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bowen and Evelyn Hargrove Bowen. He is survived by: his siblings, Daryl Bowen of Paducah, Marcus Bowen of Paducah, Marla Faye Bowen of Paducah, Delois M. Fonzer of Paducah and Bernadine Bowen of Indianapolis, IN; and his aunt Christine Royle of Athens, AL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
