She was predeceased by: her father William Harlan; and her sister Carol Sue Burgess. She is survived by: her husband David L. Goins of Paducah; her daughters, Teresa Bottoms (Eric) of Boaz, KY, Shanna Goins of Paducah and Lisa Tapscott of Paducah; and her grandchildren, Kayla Buzanis, Katelyn Garland, Cameron Tapscott, Isabelle Burgess and Gavin Burgess. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
