She is survived by: her husband James Arvil Turley; her children, Debbie Turley Ballowe (Tom) of Eddyville, Karla Turley Synan of Paducah, Sherry Turley Shaffer (Ricky) of Aledo, Lori Turley Hooper (Jay) of Paducah and Rocky Turley (Vickie) of Paducah; her grandchildren, Jessie Grizzle (Kevin), Brittany Star Eckelkamp (Zeke), Thomas Colby Ballowe (Kate), Zane Stanfill (Lyndsey), Corey Turley, Patrick Turley, Chris Chastain, Ryan Smith, Justin Shaffer Jeremy (Jamye), Jonathon Shaffer (Lindsey), Jay Miccah Shaffer (Brittney) and Jodi Hooper; and her siblings, Betty Hook Hite of Wasilla, Alaska, Jerry Hook of Greenville and Danny Hook (Diane) of Parrish, Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
