He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Williams and Doris Millis Williams. He is survived by: his spouse Pat Carrell; his brother John K. Williams (Cathy); his niece Erin () Wiltowski (Jacek); his great-nephews, Jackson and Maxwell; his niece Lauren Williams of Carbondale; his sister Eddins (Stu) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; his stepdaughter Gayl Renee Cook (Freddy) of Paducah, Kentucky; and his stepgranddaughters, Alexi Cullum (Kyle), Amber Davis, Sarah Welch (Cameron) and Dakota Ellis (Kenneth). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
