He is survived by: his mother Verlene Wallace; his wife Beverly Wallace; his children, Daniel Wallace (Rachel), Jason Wallace, Casey O and Valerie Helm (Chad); his sisters, Lois Wallace and Peggy Chaves (Ron); his grandchildren, Madeline Wallace, Katherine Wallace, Alec Wallace, Alex Helm (Lauren), Alexis Utley (Logan) and Brooklyn O; his grandmother Madalyn Deweese; his great grandchildren, Averee Helm, Marlee Utley, Landreee Utley, Collins Utley, Linlee Helm and Berkley Helm; his niece Leah Chaves; his nephew Jacob Chaves; and his stepmother Marlene Wallace. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and several cousins.
