He is survived by: his wife Martha Parrott Mills; his daughters, JoAnn Burrows (Todd) of Paducah and Amy Mills of Paducah; his grandchildren, Chelsea Burrows (Tony) of Paducah, Ginny Burrows of Paducah, Linzee Mills of Paducah and Brandon Garland of Paducah; his great grandchildren, Madisyn Burrows of Paducah, Kasen Vinyard of Paducah, Kaylee Burrows of Paducah, Keityn Vinyard of Paducah, Eli Burrows of Paducah, Nolan Burrows of Paducah, Noah Burrows of Paducah and A'zaylee Pearson of Paducah; his brothers, Jim Mills (Susan) of Decatur, IL and Ronnie Mills (Dianne) of East Prairie, TX; his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Morgan (Bobby) of Metropolis, IL and Sue Olvera of Tuscola, IL; and his friend Kenneth Jett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
