She was predeceased by: her husband George Teel; her parents, William Phillips and Margaret Phillips; her brother James; and her sister-in-law Anola Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Feltner (Mike), Timothy Teel (Krista), Peggy Teel and Christina Adams; her foster daughters, Rosemarie Seese and Priscilla Dillon; her sister Becky Shinn; and her grandchildren, Kelsey Jones (Jared), Kenna Stubblefield (Jon), Karson Teel, Gracie Adams, Owen Cook, Oliver Cook and Luna Cook. She is also survived by one great-grandchild on the way; and several nieces and nephews.
