She was predeceased by: her father Fort Ray Duley. She is survived by: her mother Doris Dement Duley of Oscar; her husband David Ross of Lovelaceville; her daughters, Kristin Whipple (Jonathan) of Paducah and Kelsey Phillips (Corrbin) of Tacoma; her grandsons, Colton Brunswick, Simon Whipple and Oliver Whipple; her sisters, Linda Duley of Oscar and Marilyn Ingram (Mike) of Oscar; and her pets, Lola, Rosie and Ducky. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Terri will be remembered for her many contributions to the community including founding a support group for those with limb differences and increasing access to durable medical equipment through Project Carat - Paducah.
